Leading Product Teams for 20+ Years
I've spent over 20 years leading and scaling product teams in complex, regulated, and fast-changing environments at companies like Novartis, eBay, Daimler, and McKinsey.
As a product leader myself, I've carried the weight of accountability for strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes while trying to build teams that could function without me. I know what it looks like when PMs are busy but the business isn't moving, when roadmaps expand faster than capacity, and when product leadership becomes a bottleneck instead of an accelerator.
