ABOUT ME

I’m Annett. I’ve spent over 20 years leading and scaling product teams in complex, regulated, and fast-changing environments, including roles at Novartis, Mercedes-Benz, eBay, and McKinsey.
I’ve been accountable for strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes, and I know what it looks like when PMs are busy but the business isn’t moving, when roadmaps grow faster than capacity, and when product leadership becomes a bottleneck instead of an accelerator.
My work as a Product Coach focuses on strengthening how Product Leaders and their PMs operate, make decisions, and connect their work to business impact, so you can rely on your team without constant involvement.
